Sealcoating

Sealcoat:    A good quality coal-tar sealer is the protection needed to extend the life of your asphalt investment from the ''harsh'' elements.  Much like paint is to wood, Sealcoat, protects and beautifies your asphalt. We Modify our sealer, per the manufacturers recommendations, with a Polymer Additive and Clean Silica Sand, creating a "High Performance" non-skid sealcoat.  Our High Performance Coal Tar Sealer, is modified according to the manufacturers specifications.  Unlike many of our competitors, we have Specially Manufactured Sealcoat Equipment.  This equipment allows us to continually mix our admixture, creating a constant consistency of the High Performance Sealcoat applied on your asphalt. 

Spray Method verses Squeegee:    Today, the modern way to apply sealcoat, is called the Spray Method.  This method of application gives an even coat of sealer not only in the low areas of the asphalt pavement mat, but equally on the top of the asphalt pavement mat.  The older rubber squeegee method, pulls the sealcoat mixture off of the top, of your asphalt pavement mat, causing a much thinner coat on the actual wear areas of your asphalt.  Most companies, broom squeegee a cut-in area, so no over-spray occurs on your concrete, fences or building, during the modern method of spraying of the sealer.
